Michael Paskowski Obituary

Michael Edward Paskowski, III Mar. 29, 1976 - Jan. 1, 2005 Michael died at home, unexpectedly, in his sleep at the age of 28 on January 1, 2005. He was born in Frankfurt, Germany to Michael and Jane Paskowski, March 29, 1976. Michael is the beloved brother of Katie, United States Army; Kristin "Kickin", DuBois, PA; and Matthew and Andrew, both of Lakewood, WA. In addition to his parents, sister and brothers, he is also survived by his grandmother, Alice Jane Maloy of New York, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Michael possessed such kindness of heart and generosity of spirit to all who knew him. We will miss his wit, his humor, his gentleness and his graciousness. He showed tremendous courage and grace throughout his illness. Michael was truly a very special gift and he will be greatly missed by his family, his friends, and our wonderful friends and neighbors. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Dr. Elina Minami, Dr. Nicole Maronian and the entire staff at the University of Washington Medical Center for their compassion and caring support for Michael during his illness. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, January 8, 2005, 11:00 am, St. John Bosco Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited prior to Mass at 10:30 am, with visitation beginning at 9:30 am, also at the church. Visitation and wake Friday, January 7, 2005, 7:00 pm-9:00 pm at the funeral home, 1002 So. Yakima Ave., Tacoma, WA. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Michael's name to the American Heart Association. Mike, Jane, and Family:

Our thoughts are with you through this tough time. Mike will be missed very much. All the late night phone calls, the good old days at Denny's, High school, and our favorite place Pizza Hut. He was my best friend and a groomsman in my wedding. Mike never complained about the hand he was dealt and lived everyday to its fullest. He will be missed, but never forgotten.

mike will always be my big brother. my heart will always hurt for him, but i do feel very blessed to have him as a brother.he was such a wounderful and caring brother.I will miss seeing him and talking and laughing with him, but he will always be with me,and i am forever thankful for that.thank you all for all for your messages and prayers,god bless.

Mike & Jane,

Although we never saw each other much over the years, I will always remember having such a fun time being with Mike at Uncle Mike and Aunt Grace's house when we were kids. Mike had such a lively spirit and he will be missed greatly.
