Tacoma, Washington - Susan J. Redding (Palamidessi), born December 2, 1963, in Tacoma, Washington, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2024, in the same beloved city. Susan's life was marked by her deep faith and unwavering love for her family and friends.
Susan's early years were filled with the joys of softball, where she excelled as a shortstop throughout her high school years. She pursued higher education and carved a successful career in the financial sector, eventually becoming a respected credit manager.
Known affectionately as Suzie, she was a cornerstone of her community and a fervent member of her local church. Suzie's generosity knew no bounds; her kindness, love, and the purity of her heart touched all who knew her.
Susan was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas Redding, and her cherished parents, Richard and Patricia (Haux) Palamidessi. She leaves behind a legacy of love and faith that will be carried forward by her stepsons, Bryce and Lance Redding; daughter-in-law, Kara Redding; grandchildren, Austin, Hunter, and Leeim; her brother, Richard Palamidessi; and her best friends, Dennis Foley and Suzanne Kuchnsky.
A graveside service to honor Susan's life will be held on August 6, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at Mountain View Cemetery, located at 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. The family invites all who knew Susan to join in celebrating her remarkable life and her journey home to Jesus.

I am sad to hear of Sue´s untimely passing. I mostly remember her from Truman Junior High where she was just as her obituary says, a kind, genuine person. May she rest in well deserved peace knowing how much her influence meant to those around her.
