Dwight C. Hawkins of Henderson, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2025.
He graduated from Benton High School in 1964. He went on to Murray State for his bachelor's and master's degrees He was in the USAR for six years. He became an agent or GAB Insurance working in the Virgin Islands and Honolulu, Hawaii. Then becoming a multi-millionaire by forming his own company, Hawkins Insurance, in Honolulu.
Dwight is preceded in death by his mother, Flora Lee Hawkins; father, Winford Hawkins; and brother, Ronnie Hawkins, all from Benton. He is survived by one brother Glenn Hawkins, who lives in Henderson.
