May 7, 1934 - July 27, 2025
Kennewick, Washington - Joan Osborne passed away peacefully at her home in Kennewick, WA on July 27th. Joan was preceded in death by her husband Marv and her son Ken. She is survived by her son Keith of Arizona; her grandchildren: Paul Osborne (Deva) of Kauai, Hawaii; Jackie Osborne of Denver, CO; Chris Osborne (Hannah) of Spokane, WA; Trisha Kvalheim (Steve) of Pasco, WA; and her daughter-in-law Elaine Osborne of Kennewick, WA. She also leaves behind three great-grandchildren: Jolene, Evelyn, and Dakotah. Joan is also survived by her "adopted" family, Keith and Annie Kendrick of Albany, OR. Special thanks also to Lupe, her devoted caregiver and to Chaplaincy Hospice, who allowed Joan to spend her final days at home, as she wished. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joan's memory to the Tri-Cities Cancer Center. A graveside service will be held at 9 a.m. on August 1st at Love and Rest at Einans Sunset Gardens, followed by refreshments at her home.

Joan and Marv were a part of my life way back since 1960 when my parents met them on 12th Street in Kennewick. Ironically I worked with Bill Kendrick at Hanford in the 80´s and 90´s as a construction insulator... I was blessed to know all 3 of them but Joan was especially kind and soft spoken, never heard her say one negative thing ever. God has a special place for her.....
May her memories last in the heart of all who knew and loved her. Peace be with you all....

Joan was my adopted Mom--she was a VERY kind and loving person. She also enabled my Dad to live out his last years way better than he would have otherwise. Rest in peace "Mom". Photo in from when we were in Hawaii two years ago visiting her Grandson Paul.
