Johnny Oscar Meyer, age 70 of Prosser, WA. passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2012. Johnny was born on February 14, 1942, in Granger, WA, to Oscar and Elizabeth (Mueller) Meyer. On Sept. 12, 2012, he married his sweetheart of 34 years Bonnie L. Patterson in Prosser, WA.

Johnny is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie Meyer, his sons Johnny O. Meyer II and Todd P. Meyer all of Prosser, WA. He is also survived by siblings Ted (Ev) Meyer, Carl Meyer, Thelma (Eugene) Fussell, Elma (Don) Puyear, Dorothy Larimore and Helen Winters and extended family and special friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Oscar and Elizabeth Meyer, siblings Richard Meyer, Walter Meyer, Rozella Alderman, Irene Arnett and brother-in-law Dean Larimore.

Viewing and visitation will be held on Friday, December 7, 2012 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside, WA. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Sunnyside Presbyterian Church in Sunnyside, WA with burial to follow at Lower Valley Memorial Gardens, Sunnyside, WA.
