Dearest Cousins,
I can´t believe it´s been a whole year. I miss Aunt Sandy so much and can´t imagine how it has been for you or my mom, Aunt Sally, or Aunt Sheryl. I remember her laugh and hear it in my mind so often. It was unforgettable and somehow so sure and right. I don´t think I will ever lose the clarity of that memory - even if other things fade.
Here´s to those memories! I love you all.
Love,
Rachel

Dear Larry and family,
I am so sorry for your loss.
Sandy was a wonderful lady and she means a lot to me.
Last year, in March of 2021, she came to my birthday dinner in Kennewick, and her unmatched wit and sense of humor were present as usual, and she brightened up the party, making me smile and laugh.
Sandy was a supportive friend to my mom and to me. She helped me when my elderly dog got into trouble biting someone - with ideas and wisdom for how to deal with it. She always told my mom sweet compliments about me, and she was par none at making me feel good with her positivity and sarcasm.
I came to visit her at her Kennewick house once we were vaccinated, to see Larry and her dogs and have a snack. Visiting Sandy was like coming to a home away from home since mom had moved to Gig Harbor.
I can hear her witty, humorous, sarcastic voice very clearly in my head, a welcome echo that will stay in my memory forever. I will always remember her with fondness, as thinking of her brings me a smile.
Sandy was a wonderful lady. She will be missed by many, including me. I am so sorry for your loss.
