Muy Querido Dad mi hermanita Alida Lidie passed away from us here Dec. 4, 2022. I hope you are enjoying each others company in the spirit world. Someday I will be reunited with both of you I hope.

Remembering Nuestra "Dad" who admonished us to eat our fresh fruit in the morning. I found out this helps stabilize blood sugar. He advised us to take our vitamins before going to bed and sleeping.

Albert called me several years ago. He was searching for information on the Pain family history. We had a wonderful conversation. I put him in touch with a Pain relative to help in his search for family roots. My condolence to the Quiroz family.
