Daniel Alan Molter

Daniel Alan Molter passed away peacefully at home on March 21, 2013, in Tucson. Dan was born on November 6, 1940, in Pittsburg, PA. He is survived by his wife, Marcia Molter; daughters, Theresa Molter (Gillian Beck) of Portland, OR, and Anna Molter (Ben Mitchell) of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Marcia Tooley (John) of Milton, DE; nieces, Melissa Tooley (Daniel Mazmanian) of Washington, DC, and Lauren Tooley of Baltimore, MD, and stepsons, John Riedel of Eugene, OR, Patrick Riedel (Christy) of Phoenix, AZ, and granddaughter, Gretchen. Dan worked in the financial world in NYC, Philadelphia and Tucson and was a lifelong music lover and musician. He was a member of the Arizona Symphonic Winds, Tucson Concert Band, Old Arizona Brass Band, and Old Pueblo Brass Band. Dan sang with the Lane Justice Chorale and several other vocal groups in Tucson and NYC over the years. Dan was a much-loved gentleman and friend to many. Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, May 4, 2013, 11:00 a.m., St. Philips in the Hills Episcopal Church, Bloom Music Center, River Road & Campbell Avenue, Tucson, AZ.
