Not sure what to say?

August 22, 2009

I am so sad this world does not have you in it any more. Who will make us laugh and smile? You were, and will continue to be so, for me, one of the wonders of life. Your depth of love of family and friends was so profound as to have left an indelible impression on any who knew you. Our loss, but we'll continue to love you, as always, E

We had so much fun with you guys!

Dear Logan and Spencer,
I always had fun when we all got together, down with the horses... or sleep overs... or carving pumpkins... or whatever... We did have fun and the memories of those times bring a smile to my heart. I'm so very glad I could share those times with all of you. He loved you and I know he thought you guys were the best kids a dad could have... so do I!
My love to you,
Alison

Dear Nicky and Tim,
I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember the first time I met both of you was at dinner at Las Margaritas and I remember thinking at the time that the 3 of you shared a wonderful bond. One of you would start saying something and another would finish the sentence. This went on all night, you were all so in tune with each other. It was fun to watch. He was a wonderful man and I know how proud he was of both of you. May the memories you have of him bring you comfort.
Love,
Alison

Dear Delia,
I can't tell you how very sorry I am that Gib is gone. I miss him so much and know that you do too. I know how close you were and what a very special relationship you shared. Hold all the memories you have of him close to your heart. I do. One of the things I truly loved about him was how very much he loved you, his mom. How he always took such good care of you, how he helped you and protected you. He was a man any mother would be proud to call "Son". God has a special place at his table for him.
With my love and deepest sympathies,
Alison

Our hearts go out to Gil's family and Allison.
Gil was always the one to make you laugh. He had a great sense of humor. I have never met anyone that could watch a movie and have it memorized by the end. What a loss for the world. Our prayers are with you all.
