Ray Scott Obituary

SCOTT, Ray L., born November 29, 1932 Des Moines, Iowa. Died August 1, 2007 after a brief illness. Ray spent most of his life as a Commercial Printer owning his own large Commercial Company, The Larimer Press in Denver, Colorado until retiring and moving to Montana where he started a fishing tackle business combining business with a hobby and sport that he loved. In pursuit of warmer climate, Ray moved "Ray Scott's Lures" to Tucson, Arizona where he lived in Oro Valley until his death. Ray and Nancy traveled extensively for both business and pleasure visiting most parts of the globe, spending much of their time in the Far East, Europe, Central America and the Caribbean. Ray loved the outdoors, the sun and the water and was an avid fisherman and golfer. Ray is survived by his wife, Nancy; son, Steve; daughters, Linda, Delores, Debbie and Stacey; brothers, Jim and Ron; sister, Nancy; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Arrangements by DESERT SUNSET FUNERAL HOME.
