I worked with Ricardo on many jobs at Tucson Water. He was a man of his word and was always ready to help. Good men, like him, are always missed. God bless you and your family.

God bless the family from his departure, and rest assured that his place would be well prepared. Dickie was a class act from a young age, respectful and always smiling. Never a doubt that he would raise a family just like he was.
