Hello,
We realize that we are very late to express our deepest condolences, but we wanted to let your family and friends know that we have made a small donation to the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund to honor and remember Timothy L. Bowles US Air Force Staff Sergeant. We recognize that this is a humble tribute, but we wanted you to know that it is heartfelt and made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals across the American youth hockey community and beyond. We will not forget. May God Bless you and keep you safe and strong.
Sincerely,
Charlie Gili & Family

My condolences to the Bowles Family. I don't know the Bowles family but I would like to say thank you to Timothy for having been a "Brave Warrior" and for serving his country proudly and protecting us.
I am sure any of us would say Timothy was proud to be an American (Lee Green) song.
He is worthy of all the military honors he will receive as he is laid to rest.
We experienced military honors services with my Uncle during the Vietman war.
My father is a WWII Army veteran who we are still very lucky to have with us. He will be 90 years old in October. He has a purple heart and Bronze star. I spoke with him last night and we talked about Timothy and he was very sad to hear of his passing but also very proud of him for having given up his life for our safety.

MSgt and Mrs. Bowles,
Please accept sincere condolences from the staff and volunteers at BooksForSoldiers.com. We were saddened by the news, and we have added Tim to the Memorial Wall on our website.
Shortly after your son arrived at the Nangarhar PRT, he spoke with Janet on our website asking for some "good reading books". :-) Our volunteers obliged and sent him several packages of books from their collections.
It's clear from all accounts that Tim was a special person, and I'm sure you both had a great deal to do with that. Please know that you and Tim's sister are in our thoughts and prayers, and that we will always remember Tim too.

To the Bowles Family:
I graduated with Tim from Tucson High. He was an amazingly, down to earth guy who always worried about others. His beautiful ways of sharing himself to others left such an impact on me. Having kept in touch with him, he was always so positive, no matter what the situation was. He always asked if I needed anything...he was just that type of guy. He left a life long print on my heart and I will always remember him. As parents, you should feel so proud and honored! He will be greatly missed!

We are so very sorry and heartbroken to learn of your loss. We remember Tim from 20 or so years ago when Louie was stationed at Elmendorf with Dave. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers in your time of tremendous grief. Take care of each other, and know that Tim will ALWAYS be with you.
