Dad,

I want to wish you a Happy 83rd Birthday on August 17! It will be a year since your passing on August 27. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think of you and reminise about the happy and sad times we shared together. I miss you so much ... more than I can ever put in to words. It warms my heart to say that I have known you for 82 years and I am so proud to have you as my Father. Thank you for all your wisdom and for listening to me each and every day. Where ever you are, I know you are thinking of your family and Sasha. She turned 91 years old this past June. Love, Your Daughter, Carla & Sasha. Rest In Peace ... Your Infectious Smile and Sense of Humour will Forever be Remembered.

Bill was such a wonderful human being and a great treasure to have in our lives. Never did I meet a man that would have so many things to say about so many different subjects and he did it all with a smile, compassion and intensity. He talked often of flying to Hawaii, or his day to day activities when he was patrolling around in his squad car trying to catch the bad guys. You will be missed by all!!!!!!
