Frank Scott Obituary

Frank Earl Scott

May 17, 1942 - Oct 13, 2025

Frank Earl Scott, born May 17, 1942, passed away peacefully, in his sleep, on Monday, October 13, 2025. He was adored and loved by many and is survived by his children, Randy and Christine Scott, Gene Scott, and Kimberly Scott. Grandchildren Ryan Scott, Garrett Scott, Aaron Scott, Samantha Scott, and Stone Scott, and six great-grandchildren.

Frank was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and raised in his beloved Tulsa, Oklahoma, and stationed at White Sands Missile Range, where he served in the U.S. Army. After his service, Frank made El Paso, TX, his home for 30 years, where he continued as a civil servant with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Upon retirement, he returned to Tulsa for his remaining years, enjoying his passion for golf and his immense love for his family.

Family and friends will remember him as a "stubborn ol' guy", but truly, he leaves behind a legacy of Scotts who all carry with them Frank's witty sense of humor, his down-to-earth outlook on life, and the embodiment of love for his family, no matter what.

There will be a celebration of life in May. Please reach out to Rice Funeral Services & Cremation Care, Catoosa, Ok, for details.
