Larry Boles Obituary

BOLES - Larry D., 63, died on January 16 evening of heart failure, following an extended illness. He was a caring, witty and ornery Husband, Father, Papa, and Friend. He worked as a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor and repairman, and as a former Vo-Tech instructor. Served 1962-1966 as an Air Force microwave relay technician. A former wrestler, boxer, martial arts practitioner, and target shooting enthusiast. Larry never met a stranger as he could talk with anyone, anywhere, anytime. He always made time for his friends to help them or if they just needed someone to talk with. Larry is survived by: his wife, Gail; his daughter, Dawn; his granddaughter, Alexis; and many friends who miss him very much. Larry was too young to be taken from us, but we are all grateful to have had the time with him that we did. He fought for 13 years against ill health to stick around to be with us. Each of us will miss him every day as our lives are a little less fulfilled since he is not there to show us the lighter side of life and to help us in our times of need. Larry D. Boles

We enjoyed knowing Larry, and we are sorry he will not be able to join us again for Shakespeare evenings.

Dearest Dad, I know you are gone, but my love for you is ever more. I miss you, but I know you are always with us. Watching over us, and keeping us safe. I wish I could Hug you one more time, but I know one day we will all be back together again. All My Love, You Little One
