Addison Hilyer Obituary
Her great grandparents, Marie Bradford, Linda Addison and Perry Addison, LB Jones, and Joe W. Crowe, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her parents, Amber Smith and Shane Hilyer; brothers, Erik and Kamren Hilyer; grandparents, Robert and Tammy Smith, Garland and Tammy Sellers; uncle, Travis Hilyer; aunts, Victoria Smith and Amanda Hilyer; and many other friends and family.
During Summer's short time, she touched so many of us. God put his hand on this precious angel and called her home. We will all miss her dearly.
Pallbearers will be Travis Hilyer and Brandon Mathis.
Honorary pallbearers are the Children's Hospital NICU staff.
