Benjamin Moudry Obituary
Benjamin Joseph Moudry, age 41, died on April 30, 2021 at home in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Joseph L. & Evelyn Moudry (Pleasant Grove, AL) & William H. & Elizabeth Libby (Huntsville, AL).
Survivors include his daughter Kaylin Moudry, his mother Phyllis & stepfather Tom Henderson & father Joseph L. Moudry Jr., his sister Catherine Leigh Harwell, his stepsisters Lori Kruegar (Oliver) & Amy Mattison (Greg). Plus, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Ben graduated from Shelton State with an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering. He served in the US Army with duty at Ft Hood, TX and elsewhere. He worked with Alabama Department of Transportation as an Engineering Assistant and for Aramark at the University of Alabama. Ben enjoyed traveling and being around others. He loved his family especially his daughter Kaylin.
Family and friends are invited to attend his services on Sunday, June 20th at 3PM at Memory Hill Gardens, Tuscaloosa, AL, with Rev. Sandra Felkins officiating.

I’m so saddened to hear of Ben’s death. He was a bright spot in my second grade class at Stanford Elementary School. I am still using the basket he gave me for Christmas. I am so sorry for your loss.

Ben was a church friend from a while back. When I would run into him periodically, he was the same, sweet, gentle guy he always was. I will miss him. I know his family does. Love to all.
