I got my very first job through Steve. Steve helped me get my first car and the man generously passed on to me many of life's lessons that have served me well. This was a long time ago but the memory lingers. Steve was a generous man, a humble man, a fair man, an intelligent man, a teacher, an awesome dad, a good husband, a friend, A Man of Substance.
Steve fought the good fight and has finished the race.
RIP Steve

Steve was basically the first person I met when I moved to Alabama. He and Phyliss were my neighbors for over ten years. Steve was a great neighbor, friend, person, and everything else. He was always willing to help me out when I needed it and he really made living where I do the best. When Steve and Phyliss moved it was never quite the same but now I miss Steve even more. He always made me laugh and made everything better and just more enjoyable all the way around. I know he was so determined to get better fought as hard as he could.
Love,

To the family and friends of Steve Conley, please accept my deepest condolences. Know that the God of all comfort feels your pain and sorrow. Isaiah 61:1, 2 reads: "He sent me (Jesus Christ) to bind up the broken-hearted and to comfort all who mourn."
