Rabine, Bruce A., Sr. - Of Fifty Lakes, MN Age 66 Died January 24, 2003 surrounded by family. 30 year employee of 3M. Longtime member of American Legion Post 500 Color Guard and active in the Germanic Geneology Society. Preceded in death by wife, Rita; father, William Rabine; grandson, Mario Schwietz. Survived by daughters, Julie (Bill) Schwietz and Colleen (Ian) Ferguson; son, Bruce (Lezlie) Rabine, Jr.; 7 grandchildren, Dan, Crystal, Rose, Tom and Aaron Schwietz, and Claire and Ellie Rabine; mother, Elna Deyo; brother, William (Betty) Rabine; sisters, Inez (Gerrit) Schutte and Arlene (Harvey) Buchite; other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30AM Tuesday at ST. STEPHEN'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5th and Jackson St., Anoka. Visitation 5-8 PM Monday at WASHBURN-McREAVY SEMAN CHAPEL, 1827 Coon Rapids Blvd, Coon Rapids, and one hour prior to service at church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights. Family prefers memorials to Mercy Hospital, Coon Rapids, 2 East Oncology Clinic. Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel 763-767-1000.

Julie, Colleen and Bruce, (Butchie) I am so very sorry for the loss of your father. I can't imagine the pain you must be feeling, I want you to know you are all in my thoughts are prayers. I have such wonderful memories of your dad - he always welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your lives for so many years - I feel blessed to have know him and all of you - I still think about all of you - and I hope my children will have close friends and make wonderful memories just as I did with all of you. I Just wanted you all to know that you're in my thoughts are prayers. I'm truly sorry. Julie Hopkins-Neuman
