I first met Helen when I was 20 years old and just hired by the State of Mn Dept of Human Services (Then called Dept of Public Welfare). She was a wonderful woman. When I was first married (at age 22) Helen made Christmas Candy for me to send to my husband in the military. She did other nice things and was well thought of my her fellow employees. I will never forget her - she was that kind of person.

All I can say is Heaven has Another Angel. My condolences go out to her family.
