We lost a great guy - a wonderful man that I used for his expertise in film development while we worked together in 3M's Engineering Systems Division. I will never be able to count the times he saved my backside at work. He was also very much a gentleman with a wonderful sense of humor. I have not had contact with Jim for a long time. But his example as a man is one I will always respect. Thanks Jim.

I worked with Jim from 1969 until his retirement about 3 years ago. Many great softball games together in the 3M league. He was a great shortstop and an even greater teammate. I have been out of touch and I just heard about it today- Sept. 13th. His old coworkwers and old teammates will miss him. He was great guy and always had kind words for everyone. Rest in peace. My prayers are with the family.

Jim, and I worked together at 3M in the 1960 to 1973. We played softball, tennis, and shared many good times together. We used to play horseshoe at my place at lunch hour. Jerry (Great Friend)
