Jeff was a friend to everyone that knew him. I hired Jeff at McDonald Distributing some 20 plus years ago and although Jeff had no experience in the beer business at that time, he essentially sold me on his love for Beer, being a Beer Guy myself. Jeff initially was hired to be a Driver Assistant, but given his work ethic, passion for the beer business, and growing experience Jeff was quickly promoted to be a Driver. After a few years Jeff expressed an interest in the sales aspect of the beer business and shortly thereafter became a proven Salesman, hence “BUDMAN”, and eventual Sales Manager/Team Leader. Several years later Jeff expressed an interest in the Operations side of the business and eventually became our Operations Manager and Warehouse Lead. In short, and to no one’s surprise Jeff “BUDMAN” learned and excelled at all aspects of the beer business, and as his last name implies, did so with Class. Again, Jeff was a friend to everyone he met and knew and was certainly someone you could count on for anything. I know he’ll be dearly missed by all, and I certainly miss him.

I remember Jeff from the 90's and had the honor of being in his and Lori's wedding. Jeff was very kind, always had a smile...grin on his face, and was a good man. My sympathy to Andrew and the rest of his family.

Such a sad day to hear of Jeff's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him for approx 14yrs and I'll never forget all the fun/ wonderful memories we had. Such a fun loving, hard working and most proud Dad. He sure lit up the room and made things extra fun when he was a part and his little giggle is etched in my mind. I'm praying for Andrew and all those missing Jeff. I also pray he knew his smile made so many others smile. RIH Jeff
