I just recently heard of your loss
and want you to know our thoughts an prayers are with you all.
I did not know Jennifer, but as I read through the notes left by those who did, you can be proud of what a great job you did as parents. I get the feeling she was one of those special people who left a lasting positive impression with every one she touched.
The notes from friends, teammates and co-workers are a tribute to what a wonderful person she was. I can't help but think of the lyrics, "ONLY THE GOOD DIE YOUNG".

I managed Jen at an Aurora group home and worked along side her for three years. Jen's bright and cheery attiude, team approach and kindhearted personality was tremendously impressive. She had such a level head and I always called her "wise beyond her years" May God bless you during this very difficult time. I am a better person for knowing Jennifer.

I am very sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of knowing Jen and working with her at Aurora. She was such an amazing person, with such beauty, intelligence and care that one could only dream of. She was a wonderful person all around and was loved by all the ladies and staff at the house. To the Alexander family - I am Lesley's sister and have had the privledge of hanging out with Jen several times(and hearing hundreds of stories) over the past several years. I am still just shocked and numb at the news of Jen's death and how quickly those we love can be taken from us. Jen was a great girl and you should ALL be very proud of the wonderful individual she had become. I know there are no real words of comfort at a time like this, but I hope all of the well-wishes and representation at her services show the magnitude of Jen's touch on others over her brief 24 years on Earth. Dear Alexander family~ I am truly saddened by the loss of Jennifer and was shocked when Lesley emailed Aurora to give us the news. I scheduled Jennifer to work with one of our consumers and wanted to express what a wonderful individual Jennifer was. Jennifer was always happy and upbeat. Jennifer truly made a diffence in the consumer's life that she worked with. I think he called her his "Sunshine". She will be remembered always. Jenny was someone who touched the lives and hearts of many. I knew her through playing basketball against each other in high school, and then we both met while attending college at Eau Claire. And though we may have alrady learned it, it was re-affirmed that you don't have to "hate" those people you rivaled against and banged/battled against under the basketball hoop. I shared a lot of laughs with Jenny, and always enjoyed our passings at Eau Claire. She has such an infectious smile and laugh, and personality, and I know that will continue to live on as she watches over us all from above-a better place. I was deeply saddened to hear about her life being cut short. She and you all are in my prayers.

I had the pleasure of meeting the infamous Jen when I lived with Meggs in Arizona. She was all I heard about from Meggs, and when I finally met her, I realized why Meggs loved her so much. She was funny, happy, interesting to talk to, and just easily likeable.
