Dr.Barnes was a dear dear friend, prayer partner and confidant; I am devastated by his death, especially not knowing what happened. He was a great brother, a great friend who has hosted me in his lovely home near the lake. He was also my dentist and the best. He was a loving man, very kind and loving. When ever i call, he would call out my name with excitement, it made me feel special. May the LORD be with his family, and may the LORD reward you my brother for all the seed you have sown in HIS name. I love you dearly, and until i see you in HIS glorious abode where you are now, sleep well and good night.
Much love,
Rev. Bette

Dear Barnes Family, I was so saddened to hear of Dr. Barnes passing. I was a patient of his after being in a car accident. He was the best and most caring dentist I have ever been to. He was not only good at what he did but truly cared for his patients. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dr Branes was a great dentist, who wore compassion on his sleeve. Many a time I had extensive work done, and that same evening Dr Barnes would call to see how his patient was doing. He will be remembered fondly, and I will keep the family in my prayers.

Dr. Barnes was the best dentist that I ever went to. His skills are only exceeded by his friendliness and kindness. The world is a better place because of him and I am a better person for having known him. He will be sadly missed by all.

Dear Barnes family,
Our family was referred to Dr. Barnes for European orthodontic treatment of two of our children. It took only two visits for me to decide that I wanted to become a dental patient of Dr. Barnes. The practice passed the “smell test,” had such a nice feel, Dr. Barnes and his staff were so friendly, welcoming, understanding, professional . . . I can hardly say enough. Going to the dentist no longer evoked a feeling of dread.
Dr. Barnes actually sent me flowers at work to thank me for my patience when a crown broke and had to be remade, twice, as I recall. He was so apologetic. And I know he took such pride in his work, that he was very frustrated. I used this as an example of “knock your socks off” customer service during a presentation and was teased about receiving flowers from my dentist. That was Dr. Barnes.
We now live in Florida and I've had three different dentists comment on the quality of Dr. Barnes' work.
I was saddened to learn of Dr. Barnes' passing. I smile as I remember him.
God bless you as you adjust to his absence on earth. May he be present to you always in your hearts.

The world has lost a wonderful, kind, fun, loving man. I had the privilege of caring for Jerry, and I loved every minute with him! I've no doubt that Jerry's singing such cute songs as "Alice, where aren't thou going?" while making everyone in Heaven smile. Jerry is truly one of my all-time favorite people. I miss him already, and I will never, ever forget him. God bless you, dear Jerry. And may God bless his family until they're together again.

To Jerry's Family my deepest sorrow and condolences to each of you for Jerry's passing.
I was shocked to see this in the daily obituaries.
I have not talked with Jerry for over four years but he was the kindest, gentlest, and sweetest friend after my husband passed away. Jerry has the biggest, gentlest heart of anyone I have ever met.
I smile at his encouragement to "freeze cherries in the freezer and eat several a day, they are so good and such good nutrition, I love them!!!" That always stuck with me; His passion, his heart,
his love for family and his little figure skating grandaughter.
He loved his work and his patients. He loved the Lord.
Jerry always took time to be positive and tell another what a good job they have done or expressed appreciation and recognition of their gifts.
Please contact me to share what has happened to Jerry ([email protected]
or 612 827 1120).
The St. Croix River will never be the same!
God bless you and comfort you.
Most sincerely,
Yvonne
