To Joe's Family,
My deepest sympathy to you. I worked at Ebertz Cafe during high school and college. Joe was a warm and gracious person. He set an example of a hard work ethic that I have commented on throughout my life. He loved his family and always wanted to spend more time with them. I remember Millie and the kids would come into the cafe to eat. They always sat in the big back booth and Joe would come out of the kitchen to enjoy their company. Millie was always so gracious(and beautiful!). When I waited on her, she always left me a nice tip!
I will never forget Joe. May God bless and keep him.
