I have just now heard of Tom's passing: I'm so sorry to hear that he will no longer be with us. I have known Tom for nearly 40 years, from days at Radisson South. Always a gentleman and a friend, I'll miss him.

I had the pleasure of working with abnd getting to know Tom at the Radisson South. He was as a icon their and gentleman from the old school. He played the character of "Pierre Radisson: at many of our hotel openings. In the old days you couldn't think of Radisson without thoughts of Tom. I was indeed fortunate to know him, Glen Vant

I have had the great pleasure of knowing Tom for about ten years; he and Cousin Ruth always made a day at work better. I enjoyed how Tom and Ruth would tease each other. Tom is an amazing man with a heart or gold who always brought a smile to my face and I will miss him greatly.

To the family of Tom,
Very sorry to hear of the death of Tom. I am a very good friend of his as well as my Parents, Marge and Col. Kenneth Murphy. My parents knew Tom when he helped my Father put an Army reunion together at the Hotel that once was The Radison South. They became very good friends. After my father passed away in 2000, Tom and my Mother became very close friends. They had gone out to Dinner regularly and Tom would come every year to our family gathering that we have every summer. I thank Tom for the friendship that he and my Mother had which was a close friendship. We will miss him very much.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tom at St Agnes several years ago. I very much enjoyed talking to him after the service at COFFEE and DONUTS! I came to find out we had quite a bit in common from working in the Hotel and Food and Beverage business for many years. I will miss seeing him but know he is at peace.

I spent a couple of hours with Tom on Sunday April 22 with Ruth (his bestie (Tom's description), Mike, Michelle, and John. He was in great spirits, we laughed, we cried and we reminisced. We remembered the dinners, plays at Chanhassen and the special occasions when he would join our family. We talked about seeing Bye Bye Birdie in October at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. We talked about all the trips he and Ruth had taken. He was a very special man and I am so lucky that I had the chance to spend time with him. I loved hearing his stories of his travels, his family and of the many places he worked. Tom you will be missed, you are loved by many! My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I only knew Tom from his work with the Minnesota Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America where he was a long time Board member and Treasurer. He was one of the nicest people I've ever known and we will miss him very much. He enjoyed life and laughed a lot. My condolences to his family.
