My mother, Violet Dean, always loved hearing Father Mike sing when he was at St. Pascal's. He had a wonderful singing voice. One year during Lent he told her that he liked putting jigsaw puzzles together as it was his down time. That was probably a mistake as she gave him some challenging ones to do and they might have taken him a little longer to put together, but he always got them done. We missed him when he left our church and now he will be missed more than ever. Rest in Peace Father Mike.
