Vicki and family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Thank you Chad for letting me know. Mike had a dynamic, and gregarious personality, with a laugh that made everyone smile. We became friends when we both worked for Hitchcock in the eighties, and remained friends to this day. Mike has always been one of my favorite people, and I will certainly never forget him.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Vicki and family. I had the good fortune to work with Mike for about 15 years. He was a mentor and friend. Although Mike and I live in different parts of the country, we kept in touch over jobs and family. He was so proud of his wife and children. I will miss not having the opportunity to get together once more to "solve world problems".

Dearest long-time neighbor and friend, Vicki.... we were so very sorry to hear the sudden news about Mike. Not an hour passes but what we are not thinking, talking, and praying for you. The tributes pouring in about this beloved man demonstrate what a treasure he was to you and your family. The three of us are coming to the service today, but we just wanted you to know you are in our hearts and we grieve with you. Sending our love, with arms around you. Sharon, Sheila and Susan

Vicki and family:
I'm so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. You and my parents were great friends! I've known your family since I was 6 and I won't ever forget his laugh and the way it echoed in the basketball court. My thoughts and prayers are with you all!

Over the past 9 years I had the opportunity to assist Mike on key hires for his team at Dalsin. He was, without a doubt, one of a kind! My thoughts and prayers are with the Simich family and his Dalsin colleagues at this very sad time.

The entire TopSpot Internet Marketing family is crushed by the news of Mike's passing. We have worked with Mike for many years and he was a dear friend. I will miss our conversations as Mike was one of the most thoughtful and astute observers and commentators on our social condition as a country that I have ever known. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Simich family and his Dalsin Ind family as well.

The entire SunPower Team who worked with Mike over the last 9 years is deeply saddened by his passing. He was not only a tireless worker but I am glad to say I considered him my "friend". Mike's company Dalsin Industries, is a key Supplier to SunPower and we have spent many hours over the last 9 years in building the relationship and business to where it is today. Mike was a key driver in making that happen and he will be missed by the teams he interfaced with on a regular basis (Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality and Logistics). Our prayers go out to his entire Family and most importantly his Wife Vicki and his Children whom he spoke of often to me. A man is measured not so much by his deeds but the impression he leaves on those close to him. Mike will surely be missed but the impression he has left with me and others was truly a gift.
Regards,
Friends from SunPower Corporation

I had the pleasure of working with Mike for 1.5 years at Dalsin Industries. He had a big personality, he was funny and a pleasure to work with. Sales was definitely for him. He will be greatly missed and I am happy to have known him.

Your love for your family was inspiring! The support our basketball family felt was unconditional! I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet you through your daughter. You raised amazing children and your legacy will live on through your grandchildren. Be at peace.

Forever in our hearts ! You'll be missed everyday! When we all come together again I'll hold my hand out to you and ask you to show me the way, to lead me to all those we have lost as I know they will have gathered around you! You may have been taken from us before any of us where ready, but because of who you are and all your love, all your strengths and kindness, you know you left behind a strong family !
