Patty and family,
I was just up in the Cities this weekend and my family told me of Paul's passing. I was shocked to here such a great friend had passed. Paul was a great person with a wonderful sense of humor. I enjoyed the years of playing ball against Paul after H.S. Our thoughts and prayers are with you family.

I'am so sorry for the korba family, my heart goes out to them. Paul was a great guy he was not afraid of work, he helped me many times at Joe&Stans bar an grill. When I found out I cried like a baby, he will be missed always. Suzanne Toner StPaul mn.

Carol - I am so sorry to hear about your brother Paul. I never met him but I know how special he was to you and how much joy, fun, laughter he brought to you and the rest of your family. How lucky you were to have such a wonderful brother. He emailed me a few times - trying to arrange time off from work for you...without you knowing. Hey Paul-you & I were first best friends before we started @ carver.it has to be the best childhood enviroment any child could.imagined.we used our innocent imagination & before you knew it we were playing army in the corn field-sleding down korba hill-the gas station filling up our bikes with a water hose as it was gas-the make shift tv station-the baseball games,more arguing than playing-we had the swing,the neighborhood kids coming over &swinging on the rope from the plank on those warm days enjoying the breeze from the big swing.then out of nowhere-we grow up raising kids-jobs-the whole gambit.I pray for you & your family that we return back to that innocence,humblenes,&those amazing times that were so simple yet amazing security.paul-you may not be aware but you were a major part of who I am with my successes in life.my other issues is my deal-that's another story.God bless your mom-your wife & kids & of course your unforgetable siblings & next door cousins.God bless you all!

The first thing that anyone who has ever known Paul will say about him is he was a great guy. Always fun to be around, always an opportunity to smile. I am very glad to have known him. My heart goes out to Patty and the family, and also to the world he was involved with...he will truely be missed.
