Sorry about your Dad Pete but I will always have great memories of hanging out with your Mom, Dad and Margaret back in the day. They were always a joy and I especially liked your Dad's good humor.

I met Pete at Incarnation Lutheran Church about three years ago. I had to sit in the back row in case my young boys got wild and we needed to exit quickly. Over time, I got to know Pete, who also sat in back. We shared a lot of Twins and Vikings talk, and I really enjoyed his company, (so did the boys!). About a month ago, he told me of his cancer, and I was stunned and crestfallen. I miss seeing him on Sunday already. He was a good man. My prayers and condolences go out to all family and friends of this kind man. He will be missed dearly.

Dear Uncle Pete, I am saddened that you are gone, but I know that your body put up a valiant fight. Your soul knew it was time to move on to a better place. My feelings now are "Bittersweet, I will miss you so, yet I know you are finally at peace.
