Dear Mrs. Haselman, Mike, Jim, John, Colleen, Dave, Tom, Danny, Pat, Tim, Bob and all of the significant others in Mr. Haselman's life.
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of the patriarch of the Haselman family. I feel fortunate to have been a part of his and all of your lives. There are countless memories of growing up at the Haselman house. The seeds were not mine!! I did not drink his beer either.(Well, maybe once). Mr H was always so patient with all of the happenings. With the ten of you, I think some problem or issue was always going on. I only wish I would have been more in touch with all of you over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you during this difficult time. Will each one of you give a great big hug to your Mom for me? I would really appreciate it. Love and hugs to each of you.

Haselman Family, sincerest condolences from the Selby Strongs. I remember spending many days in the attic of the Haselman house on Hague and your Dad being a quiet man. But when he spoke you listened carefully because when he did have something to say those words, delivered stoically, were loud and clear.

Grandpa Hozz will be missed more than anyone knows! He always had such a huge smile on his face anytime that I saw him. There was never a moment where he wasn't laughing or telling a joke.

He was the best listener whenever you just wanted to talk. Overall, he was the best grandpa any grandchild could ask for.

I know he will live on through his ten children and many grandchildren. As most of you all know :) Humor is a Haselman's main specialty.

Grandpa, enjoy that golf course in the sky and mug with bottomless beer. Say hi to George for us. You will be missed!

Love you so much, Sara

July 22, 2011

My heartfelt condolences on the loss of Hozz. He was a really great guy who will be sorely missed. I'll always remember his great laugh and his wonderful joke telling.

He'll be spending glorious days at the great golf course in the sky. He has many wonderful family members and friends who have gone before him and will show him the ropes up there. He is in good hands.

Decades of cherished memories will keep him alive in your hearts and minds and his love will be with all of you forever. Hold on dearly to the love and memories for they will guide you in the days ahead and comfort you in the future.

Much love always, Cousin Cindi
