Age 84
Of Shoreview
Passed away on November 1st surrounded by her family. Preceded in death by her husband Charles Ryan. Survived by: her brother Joseph Joyce; sons Charles (Joan), Tim (Mary Pat McKasy) and Mike; daughters Bonnie Young Johnson (Rob), and Mollie Young. Adored by 15 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and her special dog Dolly. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday Nov. 4th, 2005 at ST. JOSEPH'S Catholic Church 171 Elm St. Lino Lakes. Interment at St. Joseph's Church Cemetery. Visitation 4-8 PM Thursday (TODAY) at THE ROSEVILLE MEMORIAL CHAPEL 2245 No. Hamline Ave. (1 block So. Hwy#36 Roseville) and Friday at Church 1 hour prior to Mass.

Our condolences go out to all of the Youngs. Your mother had such a strong, vibrant personality....what a pistol! We have fond memories of "hanging out" with Ruthie at the shop in the Blair Arcade. We now have another angel to watch over all of us. Know that you're in our thoughts and prayers.

I loved Ruthie, she was my second mother...she will always have a special place in my heart forever.
