Steve, like his family, were salt of the earth kind of people. The kind of people one seldom finds. Steve may have left us, but no one can erase him from our memories. I could write a book about all the situations I had with the Chaves family; and they're all good memories. Thanks Steve and family,

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the Chavez family. We are personal friends of the Chavez's and neighbors when they lived in Stillwater, MN. Our children played together and played sports together. We vacationed and spent time with Steve and family and will miss him very much. He was always fun to be with on vacation and fishing trips.
