I was both glad and lucky to meet cousin Tom in Minnesota and then again in British Columbia in the not too distant past. I am and always will be in awe when I imagine his positively brilliant warmth and deeds. Condolences to the family.

Special memories of a fine doctor and great man! Enjoyed meeting him in the early 1970's at St Luke's Hospital and always looked forward to his smile and see the kindness he gave to his patients and to all of the staff nurses. Sympathy and peace to his family, may joyful memories give comfort to your grieving hearts.

I worked with Dr Love many years ago at St Paul Urology. His sense of humor, compassion and love of life is how I will remember him. We shared a love of hockey. It was fun to meet his rink rat friends and watch them play at Wacouta. He will be missed. My sympathies to the family.

Tom was one of the best and brightest I ever met. Won't ever forget all the laughs we had after playing hockey for many years. Since moving away, I always wondered what happened to this wonderful man who kept us in stitches. We've lost too many from our great group that used to travel to Madison to play Badger Bob's hockey crew. Sorry to hear that Alzheimer's claimed a great mind.

I will miss Tom as my neighbor and friend. I was married next to the line of weeping willow trees Tom planted so many years ago. They began as sticks and flourished into a beautiful wind row. He made it a special place to make fond memories. I trust there were many things Tom planted that grew into making our world a better place. Goodbye dear friend,

Katie,
What a wonderful life Tom had. My memories from our many YMDA Ski trips with Bob Hoene will always remain with me forever. Tom added so much to every discussion and his love for you was always on his mind and thoughts.

I hired Tom in 1971he showed up in his beautiful naval whites as he arrived directly from mustering out of the service. He stayed with us a few days while he found a place for his family to live.

He had fine training under Tom Stamey at Stanford. He proved to be a gifted urologist and fine addition to our group.

I always had a special affection for Tom. I wish I had seen him play hockeyI probably did without knowing that it was he who scored all those Colorado College goals against my Gophers! He was a stand-out individual in many ways.

I shall miss him, his wonderful personality, and his million-watt smile.

Love to the family Love,

Dear Katie and family,

I was lucky to have worked with Tom and saw first hand that he was a treasure- his sense of humor and excellent clinical skills- were a great and unique combination. He made work fun.
I was even luckier to have hunted with him-in Minnesota and Dauphin Bay-lots of fun times and stories- he will be missed!
