I am so sorry to hear of Toby's passing. The last time I saw Toby was a few years ago at the harvest festival. I am glad I had a chance to talk to him and catch up on the years since we were kids.
God bless and my heart goes out to the family.

All of my prayers are with you at this time. Toby was a great guy. Funny, and such a lovingly cool uncle. The affection I always saw from him towards all the kids was heartwarming. I always felt in the aunt/uncle department he was a tough act to follow.
My love to you all, Ann (Opager) Radford

Toby, you will be truly missed. The world became a better place by your presence. Your sense of humor, your friendship, and your willingness to help will be what we will remember the most. I know I could always count on you being there when I needed an extra hand building a deck, shingling a roof or just someone to talk to.
I hope you realized just how many hundreds of lives you touched and how many people consider you a true friend. Our tremendous sense of loss is offset by the knowledge that you have a very special place waiting for you.
May God be with you and with your family and friends. We are all much better people for having you in our lives.
