Aime Jalbert

NASHUA - Aime L. Jalbert Jr., 80, formerly of Nashua, passed away on October 14, 2017. He was born on July 16, 1937, in Nashua, N.H., son of the late Julliette Boisvin and Aime L. Jalbert Sr.

Aime was a former U.S. Marine Corps Reservist and a Police Inspector for the Nashua Police Department for many years. Later he became a Security Officer for Teradyne Connection Systems where he later retired.

The past several years he resided in Nashua Crossings Assisted living where he enjoyed his life being independent and making new friends who became our extended family.

He had a love for animals, especially his Boston Terriers and also his birds that he fed outside his window at Nashua Crossings.

He was a devoted husband to his wife Sandra Jalbert who passed in 2007. They shared a life together raising their children and many foster children. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. He leaves behind two daughters, a son, seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

SERVICES: There will be a private service at his daughter's home in Nashua. His wishes were for cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the March of Dimes, the SPCA, or your local Animal Shelter. Phaneuf Funeral Home assisted with the cremation services.
