Danielle Forsyth Obituary

SANDOWN - After three years battling the most brutal disease known to humankind, Danielle Leigh Forsyth, 48, of Sandown, with the grace and dignity of an angel, walked through the last door of great adventure this mortal life has to offer and joined her father, grandparents, step-father and beloved dog, Judy, in that place that knows no pain or suffering, knows no heartache or sorrow and offers the wonders and glory of the Almighty God on Oct. 18, 2012.

She has left us in body but will remain in our hearts and memories forever. Her gentle, loving spirit will be as a guardian angel to her children, Paris and Sophie Geisler, Owen and Emerson Forsyth and stepdaughters Jordan and Mikayla Forsyth, always.

Her tender love of children and animals will be an example for us all; that as she did it unto the least of them she did it unto the Master.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Forsyth and mother, Joslyn Pocock and leaves her three cats, Otis, Max, and Henry and her precious chocolate lab, Cleo.

Danielle was born April 7, 1964, in Concord, Calif., and attended schools in California until moving to northern Utah, where she graduated from high school, received her bachelor's degree from Utah State University, with undergraduate work at UMass Amherst. She later earned her master's degree in mental health counseling at Idaho State University.

She utilized her training and natural empathy for helping others while working as the welfare officer for the town of Hampstead.
