So...Sad, My heart is broken for you. Today and always, may loving memories bring you peace, comfort and strength. Ailene worked for me for many years and will always have a special place all her own in my heart. She came to work everyday, she was very good at everything she did and she worked very hard. She would visit me in my office just to say good morning or to let me know what was going on in her life or to fill her pockets with candy bars (which were always on my desk) (even the boys knew the candy dish well) I would say, "Ailene save some for later" and she would say, "it's for my boys" then give me one of her rare beautiful smiles. We shared a certain kind of mutual respect for each other. She loved all of her children with her entire heart. Her eyes would sparkle and she would beam with pride when she showed off photos of her daughters' modeling portfolio or her boys school pictures. When I think of Ailene, I remember the day she went into labor with Jay Michael, (yes she was at work) we sat outside at the picnic tables waiting for her mother to pick her up because she didn't want an ambulance. I prayed aloud: Ailene PLEASE do not have this baby right now and where is your mother?! And we giggled and laughed! Thank God her mother arrived and she delivered shortly after at the hospital. Ailene had a gentle loving spirit that many did not know. Rest in peace baby girl! You and your family will never be forgotten!"
