Kevin V. Mank

Manchester - Kevin V. Mank, 57, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Nov. 19, 2015, with his loving family by his side.He was born in Manchester on April 21, 1958, a son of Ralph Mank and Leonore (Bishop) Swanson. Kevin was a 1976 graduate of Manchester High School Central and New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University), earning his B.S. in 1980. He was a Burger King /Erin Foods manager for 10 years and worked for Jac Pac Foods for 17 years where he was a supervisor. Kevin worked for New Hampshire Plastics from 2004 to the present. While employed at Jac Pac, he met the love of his life, Delia Amador and they were joined in marriage on May 20, 1995. Kevin was a long-time member of Grace Episcopal Church, Manchester, where he served as an acolyte. He enjoyed major league sports, hunting, spending time with his beautiful family, and planting roses in the yard with his loving wife, Delia. He is further survived by twin sons, Matthew and Michael Mank; a daughter, Natalie Mank; a sister, Cindy Lieberman and her husband, Rich; a brother, Brian Mank and his wife, Christy; two nieces, Tiffany Chenard and Laura Lieberman; a nephew, Jeff Mank; and his father, Ralph Mank. He was preceded in death by his mother, Leonore Swanson.

services: Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., on Monday, Nov. 23, 2015, at Goodwin Funeral Home, 607 Chestnut St., Manchester. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015, also at Goodwin Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
