CONCORD -- Lorraine P. Howard, 55, of Penacook, died Aug. 4, 2008, in Elliot Hospital, Manchester, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born in Buffalo, N.Y., March 5, 1953, to Joseph and Maryann (Malik) Howard. She was a resident of Penacook for the past 24 years, formerly living in Nashua, and Cheektowaga, N.Y.
She was a graduate of JFK Junior and Senior High School and Buffalo State College. She was employed by Fidelity Investments in Merrimack.
She was an avid member of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and loved spending time at the Seacoast.
IN HER LIFE: She is survived by her sister, Bonnie Schmitt of Worcester, Mass.; her brother, Thomas Howard of Sutton, Mass.; her niece, Hollie Howard of Westborough, Mass.; and her nephew, Craig Howard of Buffalo, N.Y.
SERVICES: Following cremation, calling hours will be Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. in Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, with a memorial service following at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01710.
