Michael Davis Obituary

Michael W. Davis Sr., born on December 19, 1954, passed away on January 26, 2025, at home in Fremont, New Hampshire, at the age of 70 after a brief illness. He now rests alongside his beloved wife, Rosa (Bailey) Davis. Born on December 19, 1954, in Auburn, New Hampshire, Michael moved to Chester in 1960. In 1983, they settled in Fremont, where they raised their family and remained for the rest of their lives. Michael worked as a mechanic in various factories, spending most of his career at Crown Cork & Seal in Lawrence, Massachusetts, from 1988 until the plant closed in 2018. In his free time, he worked at Spring Hill Farm in Chester, tended to his own farm, and cut wood. Michael is survived by his children: Michael Jr., Richard, Brian, and Sharon; his daughter-in-law Cindy; his son-in-law Jeff; and four cherished grandchildren: Robert, Kaylee, Alec, and Annalee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pearl E. Davis Jr. and Silvia B. (Barnes) Davis; his siblings Helen (Davis) Woodin, Judy (Davis) Witcher, and Paul A.
