Rita Foss Obituary
Rita was born on August 15, 1930, in Manchester, to Charles S. and Florida (Brouillard) Marier.
Rita married her husband, James W. Foss, in 1950 and together they raised four children. Rita was predeceased by James in 1991. Rita enjoyed her children, grandchildren, her cat, her independence, her close friends, and her extended family. She was able to maintain her independence for 92 years until Alzheimer's forced her to enter Villa Crest for full time care.
Rita was predeceased by her parents and eight older siblings. She leaves behind four children: sons, James M. Foss and his wife, Maureen; Daniel C. Foss; David B. Foss and his wife, Robin, and daughter Patricia J. Archambault and her husband, Alan; 8 grandchildren: Christine, Carolyn, Steven, Brian, Kevin, Tyler, Jesse, and Corey; 7 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren, as well as cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A calling hour at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, corner of North St, will be Monday, September 25th from 10 to 11 am, followed by a service in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Donations may be made in her memory to the NH Alzheimer's Association, 15 Constitution Drive, Suite 1G, Bedford, NH 03110.

My aunt was the best aunt anyone could ask for. She was always there to help me when I needed someone. She loved her family and talked about them all the time. She lived a long life but I just wish we didn´t live so far away.
She is now with Uncle Jim.

We were so sorry to hear that aunt Rita has passed away, she was so nice to be with growing up, we have great memories of her, and she will be in our thoughts and prayers.
