Mike Karg Obituary
URBANA - Mike Karg, 61, of Urbana, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Mike was born September 9, 1960 in Urbana, Ohio. He enjoyed tinkering in the garage and working on cars and listening to music. But most of all, he loved spending time with family, especially at family get-togethers.
Mike is survived by his wife, Rebecca (Zerkle) Karg; mother, Doris Griffith; stepmother, Barbara Karg; sons, Jason and Joshua (Ashley) Karg; grandchildren, Blaise, Annika, Alaney and Caisen Karg; brothers, Samuel (Anna) Karg Jr. and Rick Karg; stepsister, Sandy (Brad) McDavid as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Samuel Karg; stepfather, Herb Griffith and brother, Randy Karg.
The family would like to express their thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at The James Cancer Hospital at OSU.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements entrusted to VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, Ohio.
