Todd Newman Obituary
Reno, Nevada
Todd C. Newman, a long time resident of Clinton, New York, died on March 22, 2012, in Reno, Nevada, from lung cancer. He was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, on October 26, 1961. Todd's sense of humor, honesty and compassion will be missed by his family, friends and everyone with whom he crossed paths. A 1980 graduate of Clinton Central School, Todd worked as a tile setter after graduating. An avid fisherman, Todd moved west to Reno, Nevada, in 1990, where he regularly fished the Truckee River. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Newman, and is survived by his father, Howard Green; stepfather, George Newman; stepmothers, Diane Green and Barbara Fairchild; sister, Shannon Rogers; brothers, Jerry Green, Jonathan Newman and Travis Green; brother-in-law, Mike Rogers; sister-in-law, Kasia Newman; and six nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Circle of Life Hospice in Reno, Nevada, or to the American Cancer Society.
