Dr Carter was a wonderful man who always served his nation with valor and his community with success. We knew him and his wife as neighbors it was a pleasure and a honor to know this family' He also served as a director of our community board at one time So this was a man who was always engaged We will miss him' Our sincere condolences to the family

I'm saddened to learn of Swanson's passing. He was such a kind and wonderful man. I'm so thankful to have known Swanson and had the opportunity to work with him at CJIS.
