Naranjo, Sr.
SAN BENITO, TX.-
Antonio Naranjo, Sr., 61, of San Benito, TX entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 1, 2013.
Antonio enjoyed hunting, fishing, and bar-b-cueing and loved spending time with his family; he was employed with Cameron County Public Works for over 30 years.
He is preceded in death by his father, Reynaldo Naranjo, Sr.; his son, Antonio Naranjo, Jr.; and his brothers, Alfredo Naranjo, Sr. and Reynaldo Naranjo, Jr.
Antonio is survived by his children, Alfredo Naranjo, and Nora Lee Naranjo; his 5 grandchildren; his mother, Lilia G. Naranjo; and his brothers, Juan Naranjo, Francisco Naranjo, and Oscar Naranjo; and his former wife, San Juanita U. Naranjo.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at San Benito Funeral Home.The funeral precession will depart San Benito Funeral Home on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 9:30 A.M. for a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in La Paloma. Interment will follow at La Paloma Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Skylar Naranjo, Sergio Naranjo, Orlando Naranjo, Ovidio Espinosa, Jr., Danny Leal, Martin Montemayor, Jr., Adam Martinez, and Francisco Gomez; honorary pallbearers will be his brothers, Francisco Naranjo, Oscar Naranjo, and Juan Naranjo.
