To my dearest and oldest friends: While we are far apart in miles, my heart always rests in your home. The love from your mother and your family are surpassed by none. Please know that in this time, my thoughts are prayers are with your mother and family. I send my deepest condolences. Your mother's light, happiness, kindness, smiles, and gentleness will always be with me. She brought so much comfort to me while I was blessed to be her neighbor. As a kid, her smile always made me feel better. She always made sure we were all in a good place. Please know I have you all in my prayers. Blessed be all.

My grandmother (+Lupita Saldaña) and Mrs. Ramirez were comadres, and I grew up, attending St. Helen's where she served, and I knew many of her family growing up in Rio Hondo- small town. My heart goes out to all her family- may the good Lord bring peace, and restore joy to them.
