William Edward Evison Jr.
William Evison Obituary
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on February 21, 1943, William graduated from Newton High School in 1961 and went on to earn his degree from Florida Southern College in 1965. He dedicated his professional life to working as a financial advisor.
William spent most of his years in Portland, Connecticut, where he raised his family and pursued his passions. He dedicated time to participating with his Evison Associates volleyball and softball teams.
He also enjoyed fast walking, running marathons, golf, and swimming. Known for his love of a good joke, singing, and attending live concerts and sporting events, William embraced life with enthusiasm and joy.
Following his retirement, William and his wife Janet relocated to Venice, Florida, to bask in the sunshine and enjoy year-round golf.
William was predeceased by his parents, Elinor F. Evison and William E. Evison, Sr. and daughter, Kathryn E. Evison. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Janet; his son, William E. Evison III (Amy) of Connecticut; his daughter, Carrie L. McDaniel of Virginia; and his cherished grandchildren, Eli Evison, Ava Evison, Benjamin McDaniel, and Naomi McDaniel.
A private burial will take place at a future date in New Hampshire alongside family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.

I´ve known and considered Bill a good friend from our days in the CT Jaycees in the 70´s through our days at the Middlesex YMCA Health Club. He was a good athlete and a good friend. My condolences to Janet and Bill´s entire family.
