Lisa Ellen Aaland-Wise, known as Seasaa, was born April 4, 1961, in Woodland Hills, Calif., to Richard and Donna Aaland. The Lord took her on March 29, 2007, to reside and watch over us in his heavenly kingdom. Her parents preceded her in death.
Seasaa was a beloved and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. Those who were lucky enough to meet her couldn't help but love her. She had a charismatic personality and a charm unequal to any. Any room she walked into was lit up by her presence and people were immediately drawn to her. She had a sparkle of life that others couldn't resist. Her laughs were infectious and no one was spared from her hugs.
She started a career in the nursing field that continued throughout her life. As a sports enthusiast, she fondly spent time enjoying activities with those she loved, water-skiing at the lake or river, snow-skiing, playing soccer, coaching, traveling and watching her family develop a passion for the same things she enjoyed. She loved the beach, ocean and sunsets.
As a spiritual person, she thought of her collection of angels as looking over her. Psalms gave her comfort in times of need.
Her greatest passions were her children and helping others. Those in need knew they could call her day or night for advice and help; no one was ever turned away. Anyone who needed a friend knew she was there to turn to for advice and to console them. When she was listening to you, she made you feel like you were the most important person in the world. She was a compassionate person who took up the fight for others she believed were wronged. Those who got caught in opposition to her causes can testify to her tenacity. Her sacrifice to help others came at the expense of her own needs and wants.
She is survived by her beloved children, Jackson, Katie Mae and Shane; brothers, Scott, Steve and Terry; "sister" Sue; "daughter" Jessica; grandsons, Brandon and Shawn; numerous nieces and nephews; and the love of her life, Jack Wise.

I was lucky enough to become friends with Lisa, many years ago, when our girls first started playing softball. While we have not seen each other for some time now, I feel privileged to have known Lisa. She was one very special lady in many many ways!! I will miss her endlessly. Jack, our thoughts are with you and the kids.

So sorry to read of Lisa's passing. We will always remember her for her generous spirit and infectious laugh while we were living as neighbors in Wildwood Ranch. Much sympathy to her family.

Lisa was a paladin, confidant, trooper and friend. She will be greatly missed and thought about often. As we lose one of the great ones down here, we pray that the stars in heaven will not be jealous of their latest addition who shines twice as bright. We miss you Lisa and you will always be in our thoughts.
Love,
Jan, Amber & Shanon
