Gloria Pfeiffer

Gloria Rita Pfeiffer has been called to God+s house on July 6, 2005. She was a resident of Hesperia for 33 years and Crestline for 15 years. Gloria Rita was born on Aug. 8, 1927 in Los Angeles, Calif. to the loving parents of William and Lillian Mc Neal. Gloria Rita was the fifth born of 13. Gloria Rita was preceded in death by her parents, William and Lillian; brothers, Frank, Paul, Robert, Charles and Michael; sisters, Ruth, Connie and Shirley; her step daughter, Charlene Pfeiffer, and two beautiful babies, Donnie and Mary Laureen. Gloria Rita is survived by her most loving and caring family: her husband, Charles Pfeiffer of Hesperia; brother, Richard Mc Neal of Thousand Oaks; sisters, Patricia Decker, and brother-in-law, Bob, Maureen Roach, and brother-in-law, Richard, and Nancy Harnetiaux, and brother-in-law Calvin; daughter, Rita Vogler, and son-in-law, Al, daughter, Jennifer Faile, and son-in-law, Rudy, all of Hesperia; daughter, Patsy Largent of Isabella, step daughter, Melissa Graham of Victorville; son, James Hill, and daughter-in-law, Trish, son, Richard Hill, all of Hesperia; son, Mick Hill, daughter-in-law, Regina, son, Tom Hill, son, Roy Hill, and daughter-in-law, Janet, all of Crestline; son, Robert Hill of San Dimas, son William Hill, and daughter-in-law, Shari of Silverton, Ore.; and 28 grandchildren, whom will always carry her in their hearts, Rocky Vogler, Kellie Kuenzie, Brian Hill, Shelly Clokey, Wendy Gallagher, Allise Vogler, Dustin Hill, Dusty Gallagher, Jenna, Cord and Ashley Hill, Melanie Graham, Prairie Oak, Travis Hill, Derrick Hill, Ryan Graham, Matthew Hill, Crystal Hill, Julia Hill, Samantha Hill, Holly Largent, Sierra Largent, Nicole Preston, Erik Hill, Austin Hill, Rudy Faile, Dallas Faile and Jamie Hill. She also leaves behind 17 great-grandchildren, many, many cousins, and yes, hundreds of nieces and nephews. Gloria Rita devoted her life to her Lord and her very large and beautiful family. Per her love for children, the family would request that in lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to any Washington Mutual Bank, account no. 098-613312-3 in the name of Jayson Sebby.Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at Kern Hesperia Mortuary. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9974 I Ave., with interment immediately following at Desert View Cemetery, 11478 Amargosa Road in Victorville.
